Decoblue VPLEX Bleaching Powder

Blue bleaching powder with Vplex technology that protects and hydrates hair during the bleaching process

Repairs and revitalizes the hair fiber during the bleaching process. Lightens up to 6 tones.

How to use:

Mix 1:1.5 or 1:2 (Ex: for every 40g of bleaching powder, use 60ml of 20v, 30v or 40v oxidizing cream).
Place in a non-metallic container until you create a homogeneous mixture. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
The operating time varies between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the natural hair color and the desired effect.
Rinse in plenty of water.
